Charles Scheer is a former legal independent legal and tax advisor who became a lawyer in 1992 during the merger of the professions of Lawyer and Legal Counsel.

With more than 30 years of experience in tax matters, he specialises in corporate tax, wealth and asset tax, property tax and international tax.

He holds a specialisation in Tax Law and Corporate Law.

He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the French Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF), where he sits on the International Tax Commission.

 

CAREER

He worked as a partner in the firm of Ernst & Young, where he was head of the real estate division and subsequently of the Franco-German division, before joining Cabinet Campbell, Philippart.

He established the firm Charles Scheer in 1996, which became PSP Avocats in 2016.

 

TRAINING

A graduate of HEC, he holds a DEA (Master / LLM) in Tax Law and a diploma in certified accounting and auditing.

He speaks English and German.
